Texas Tech vs. Nebraska
Red Raiders - 20 1/2 vs Cornhuskers
This match up between the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Texas Tech Red Raiders should be another display of offensive perfection on the Nebraska defense.
The Cornhuskers will be looking to rebound from being absolutely dominated by Missouri last weekend in which they gave up 52 points to the Tigers in their second loss of the season. Not only did the Tigers destroy the Cornhuskers, but they scored their 52 points in only three quarters of play which doesn't say much for Nebraska's defense.
The Red Raiders continue to impress with their high powered offense, being ranked 7th in the country and having an undefeated record of 5-0.
Texas Tech is flying high after their high scoring affair in which they scored 58 points last weekend. The victory over Kansas State last week proved that the Red Raiders are for real and legitimate contenders for the national title.
As if it wasn't bad enough that the Cornhuskers faced one of the best offenses in the country in Missouri, but to go against yet another team that is very good at putting points on the board is just bad luck.
Hopefully, for Nebraska's sake, the Cornhuskers learned how to better defend a high powered offense, but I really don't see that happening. Texas Tech should just roll over Nebraska and improve to a very impressive 6-0 start this season.
